Provider: Danielle Young, Inspired Action Wellness, LLC
By purchasing a Somatic EMDR package from Inspired Action Wellness, LLC ("Provider"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms:
1. WHAT YOU'RE PURCHASING
You are purchasing a defined package of Somatic EMDR coaching sessions with Danielle Young. The number of sessions, session length, and price are confirmed at the time of purchase and on your invoice.
Somatic EMDR is offered as part of a coaching practice. It is not therapy, not clinical EMDR treatment, and not mental health care. A separate Client Agreement covers the scope of the work itself and must be signed before your first session.
2. PAYMENT
Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase. Sessions will not be scheduled until payment is received and cleared.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, or the Inspired Action Wellness payment portal.
3. SESSION EXPIRATION
All sessions in your package must be scheduled and completed within 90 days from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this window are forfeited and will not be refunded or extended, except at Provider's sole discretion in cases of documented medical emergency or comparable circumstance.
4. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULING
You are responsible for booking your sessions through the scheduling link provided after purchase.
Cancellation/reschedule notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and count as a used session in your package.
No-shows are forfeited and count as a used session.
Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session will be canceled, forfeited, and counted as a used session in your package. A new session must be booked to continue. Out of respect for other clients on the calendar, sessions cannot be extended or held past the originally scheduled end time.
If Provider needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new time at no penalty, and the 90-day expiration window will be extended accordingly.
5. REFUNDS
All package sales are final and non-refundable once purchased. This includes sessions that are unused, forfeited, or not completed within the expiration window.
If you decide partway through the package that the work is not the right fit, no refund will be issued for remaining sessions, but you are welcome to discuss alternative options with Provider.
6. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Packages are non-transferable. Sessions are reserved for the named purchaser and cannot be gifted, sold, or transferred to another person.
7. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Somatic EMDR sessions delivered as part of this package are coaching services and remain within the scope of the Provider's certifications and training. Provider is not a licensed therapist or mental health professional.
If at any time issues arise that require clinical mental health treatment, you agree to seek the help of a licensed mental health practitioner. In case of emergency, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
The full scope of practice, confidentiality terms, and recording policy are governed by the separate Somatic EMDR Client Agreement, which must be signed before your first session.
8. FOUNDER'S RATE / PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES
If your package was purchased at a founder's, promotional, or discounted rate (e.g., the Founder's Special), additional terms may apply, including a written or video testimonial requested after the third session. These terms are presented at the point of purchase and form part of this agreement.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Inspired Action Wellness, LLC and Danielle Young assume no liability for outcomes related to these sessions. Client participates voluntarily and at their own risk. Client is responsible for their own well-being and any decisions made based on insights from sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid for the package.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
Provider may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will apply to packages purchased after the effective date of the updated terms and will not retroactively affect packages already purchased.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
