Terms & Conditions — Confidence Audit

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (“Client”) and Inspired Action Wellness LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) regarding the purchase and participation in the Confidence Audit coaching experience. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Access

The full payment of $47 USD is due at the time of booking.

Payment covers the complete 3-step Confidence Audit experience:

One (1) pre-audit clarity call

One (1) personalized confidence assessment

One (1) follow-up session with your personalized Confidence Report

2. Scheduling & Rescheduling

After purchase, you’ll receive a link to schedule your pre-call.

Reschedules require 24-hour notice using the provided scheduling link.

Missed or no-show sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Because this is a digital and service-based offering, all sales are final.

If you cannot complete your session within 30 days of purchase, your payment may be applied as credit toward another service of equal value.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Confidence Audit is designed to provide insight, education, and personalized support.

Inspired Action Wellness LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

Your progress depends on your individual effort, commitment, and personal circumstances.

Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for mental health care.

5. Limitation of Liability

Inspired Action Wellness LLC and Danielle Young are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Confidence Audit.

By purchasing, you agree to hold Inspired Action Wellness LLC harmless from any claims related to your experience, implementation, or results.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and methods shared during the Confidence Audit are the intellectual property of Inspired Action Wellness LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, record, or reproduce any part of the content without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared in your sessions and assessments will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or imminent harm is evident.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
