You feel stuck, unable to see past the negative thoughts that keep running through your head.
You wonder if you’ll ever feel joy again, as the wounds from your past keep resurfacing no matter how hard you try to move on.
You’re spinning in a cycle of self-doubt, questioning your worth and ability to create the life you truly want.
You feel invisible, like no one understands what you're going through, yet you're afraid to be seen.
You feel anxious all of the time and wonder if this is just how your life is going to be from now on.
You’re tired of living in fear and feeling shame, but you don't know how to get past that.
Everything you do seems like an uphill battle and you're tired. You think things will never change.
I know how heavy it feels right now. Twenty-five years ago, I was in the same place—feeling stuck, broken, and unsure if I’d ever truly feel whole again. My life felt like a constant uphill battle, and I didn’t know where to start or if change was even possible.
I remember lying awake at night, replaying the pain and the what-ifs over and over, feeling like I was trapped in a story I didn’t choose. I doubted myself, my worth, and my ability to move forward. But deep down, I also had this small, quiet hope—a whisper that maybe, just maybe, there was something better waiting for me.
And there was.
It wasn’t easy, and it didn’t happen overnight. But I learned that healing is possible. Transformation is possible. Reclaiming your life is possible. And the best part? You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to stay stuck in the pain of the past. You don’t have to carry it alone. There’s a way forward—a way to rebuild, heal, and discover a version of yourself you might not even recognize yet but will be so proud to become.
I’ve been where you are, and I’ve come out the other side. I know the fears, the doubts, and the struggles, but I also know the strength, resilience, and beauty that come from choosing to heal and thrive.
I believe that every woman deserves to live a life filled with joy, purpose, and unshakable self-confidence, regardless of her past. I know how overwhelming it can feel to try to rebuild your life after experiencing trauma. The pain, the self-doubt, and the fear of stepping into the unknown can make it seem impossible to move forward.
But here’s the truth: You are stronger than you realize, and your story isn’t over.
My mission is to walk beside you as you navigate this journey of healing and be the beacon of hope I didn’t have when I started my journey. I’m here to help you break free from self-doubt and emotional barriers so you can create the fulfilling and empowered life you deserve. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to explore, heal, and grow into the best version of yourself.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level solutions—it’s about transforming from the inside out. With tools like nervous system regulation, mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical strategies, I’ll guide you in embracing your unique journey so you can thrive in a way that feels true to who you are.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s take the first step together toward the life you’ve always dreamed of.
Twenty-five years ago, my world fell apart. I just left an abusive relationship that drained me emotionally and left me feeling like a shell of myself. Every day felt heavy, and I couldn’t shake the question: “Why don’t I deserve to be loved?”
Walking away wasn’t easy. It wasn’t just a decision—it was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done. I didn’t know what the future would look like or if I’d even have the strength to rebuild. But deep down, I knew I deserved better. I wanted peace. I wanted joy. I wanted my life back.
The journey to healing wasn’t straightforward. It was messy and full of ups and downs. There were days I doubted myself and moments I thought about giving up. But slowly, I started to find my way. Yoga helped me reconnect with my body and find inner peace, mindfulness brought me back to the present moment, and self-compassion reminded me that I was worth fighting for.
Today, my life looks nothing like it did back then. I’m married to an amazing partner, raising two wonderful kids, and doing work that truly lights me up. But the best part? I’ve found peace and purpose—something I never thought was possible back then.
If you’re reading this and you’re feeling lost, I want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been where you are, and I promise there’s a way forward. Healing is possible. Reclaiming your life is possible. And I’d love to help you take that first step.
I’ve been married to my amazing husband for 13 years, but we’ve been together for 21 years.
I am a mom of two wonderful kids.
I have two very spoiled dogs who keep life playful and joyful.
I’m obsessed with books, true crime, and hiking.
I’ve traveled extensively and love exploring new places.
My favorite moments are spent laughing with my kids, being in nature, and reconnecting with myself on my yoga mat.
I’m totally into the WOO! I love sound healing, reiki, I spend a lot of time meditating, my house if full of crystals (my favorite is amethyst), and I am an empath.
I am at my happiest when I am in the mountains or by the ocean. Hearing the ocean waves is absolutely my favorite sound.
I love watching baking shows with my daughter. The Great British Baking Show is our favorite.
