The Recovery Room is built for high-functioning women who are starting to realize that the exhaustion, the bracing, the inability to slow down, isn't a personality flaw. It's a nervous system that has been working overtime for a long time.
You might recognize yourself in some of this:
You're capable on the outside but exhausted underneath
You've tried mindset work and journaling, but something still feels stuck
You suspect the next layer of healing has to involve your body, but you're not sure where to start
You want to learn about somatic and nervous system work without committing to a program yet
You're tired of healing content that feels performative or disconnected from real life
If any of that lands, you're in the right place.

The Recovery Room is a free membership designed to introduce you to somatic and nervous system based healing in a slow, accessible, no-pressure way.
This isn't a course or a coaching program. It's a quiet space to learn at your own pace, get familiar with the basics, and decide for yourself if and when you want to go deeper.
Recovery doesn't always start with a big leap. Sometimes it starts with a quieter choice to look at things differently and pay attention to what your body has been trying to tell you. The Recovery Room is built for that kind of beginning.
The Recovery Room is built to grow over time. Inside, you'll find:
Practices to support your nervous system
Recordings you can use whenever you need to slow down, settle in, or shift state. Designed for women learning how to work with their nervous system.
Educational resources
Visuals and tools that explain the nervous system in plain language, so you can start to make sense of what's happening in your body and why.
Self-reflection tools
Questionnaires and prompts to help you notice patterns, identify where you're stuck, and figure out what kind of support you actually need.
Teaching content
Videos, talks, and recordings where you can learn from me directly, without needing to be in a 1:1 session or a paid program.
Monthly live gatherings
Once a month I host a Zoom where I lead a guided practice and answer questions from members. Recorded for replay if you can't make it live.
This isn't a course or a curriculum. It's a slow, grounded space to learn at your own pace.

I'm Danielle Young, founder of Inspired Action Wellness. I'm a Master Certified Life Coach, RYT-200 trauma-informed yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra facilitator, Certified Nervous System Trainer, and Somatic EMDR trained.
I work with women rebuilding after trauma and burnout using the Inspired Action Method™, which integrates Somatic EMDR, nervous system regulation, and self-inquiry. I'm also a domestic violence survivor, which means this work isn't theoretical for me. I built it because I needed it.
The Recovery Room is the resource I wish I'd had at the beginning of my own healing.
When you sign up, you'll get an email with login details. You can explore at your own pace. There's no curriculum to keep up with and no expectation to be at any particular stage of your healing.
If you ever want more direct support, you'll know where to find it. Until then, this space is yours to use however it serves you.

Do I have to share or post anything?
No. The Recovery Room isn't built around forced participation. You can join, watch, listen, and try practices privately. Engagement is invited, not required.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education and somatic support, not clinical mental health treatment. If you're in crisis or need clinical care, please connect with a licensed therapist.
How long do I have access?
For as long as you want to be a member. There's no expiration on the free tier.
Will you try to upsell me?
At some point, I'll let you know about the other ways we can work together if you're interested. The Recovery Room is genuinely free and built to be valuable on its own. You're welcome to stay at this level indefinitely.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There's no commitment.
